Lost Coat
Can you please check you have not packed a black coat in your camp gear by mistake. Please return it to Mr James if you find it, thanks.
Discovery Photo
What do you think the object is in the photo below? Write what you think it is and your name on a piece of paper and put it into the box in class. Don't tell anyone else what you think it is.
Update: This was a school jersey - the colour is a big clue. Well done Janine.

How does electricity work?
Today we had a go at using our Makey Makey kits. Our learning was to find out how an electrical circuit can be turned on and off.
Why?
The light switch in our class broke and we haven't had lights for a few days. So we wanted to explore how the switch actually worked.
Update:
We actually had lights because Nathaniel was very thoughtful and brought some lamps into class.

Mini Marathon
ALL senior students have been registered to take part in the mini marathon on Thursday 5 May. There is no cost but we do need all students in years 5 and 6 to return the permission slip that was sent home last week. This is a great opportunity to help develop positive attitudes towards being fit and healthy. Parents please encourage your children to take part and be positive.
